I had to send back a shirt that didn’t fit quite right, and the return process was painless. The instructions were easy to find on the site, so I didn’t have to waste time digging around for what to do.
I’m only giving 4 stars because the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal since it all worked out, but whoever runs this should probably speed that part up a bit.

I’m really happy with this wall decor. The quality feels good and it looks super cute in my living room. it turned out nicer than I expected, so I’d definitely appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for sharing my experience...

Well... my order from Earthbound Trading showed up packed really nicely. Everything had enough wrapping around it, and nothing was sliding all over the place in the box.
I had a few fragile items in there, so I was a little nervous opening it, but everything made it here just fine. No cracks, dents, or broken pieces anywhere.

The box was tidy too, not packed in some over-the-top way, just done right. Overall, I was happy with it and would definitely order again

Checkout worked in the end. It felt a little slow though. I had to reload once before my payment went through. That was annoying. The shipping options were easy enough to understand. I got the confirmation email right away too. Not a bad experience. Just could be smoother.

The material feels really nice, like actually nice, and it’s held up well so far. I do have one small issue with it, but overall I’m happy with the quality.

I grabbed a few things while they were on sale and I was basically acting like I’d discovered buried treasure. The prices actually felt fair, which is always a nice surprise. Shipping wasn’t flawless or anything, but it was decent enough and everything got to me fine. Overall, happy with it!

I had a really good time shopping here. I went in with a few questions about stones and incense, and I fully blame the staff for how easy they made everything. They didn’t act bothered or rush me at all, and they actually knew what they were talking about. They helped me pick out what fit what I needed without trying to shove the pricier stuff at me. Super nice experience overall.

well... I’ve picked up a few crystals from Earthbound Trading, and overall they’re really to look at. Some of them definitely feel legit and have a nice weight to them, but a couple made me wonder because they looked a little too perfect or possibly dyed.

The prices seem fair enough and shipping was fine, so I’d probably still order again. I just wish they included more info about where the stones come from and whether any of them are treated or altered.

The store was clean when I stopped in, and I’ll give them that — the floors and shelves looked well taken care of. It was easy enough to browse for the most part, though a few sections were a bit crowded and kind of annoying to get through. Overall, it was still a decent shopping experience...

I had to return something, which I’m never happy about, and part of me still thinks returns are a hassle in general. But this one was easy. I expected the refund to drag on for a while, but it showed up way faster than I thought it would. No annoying back and forth, no chasing anyone down. I’m still not a fan of having to return stuff, but I do appreciate how simple they made it.

I was actually happy with the shipping cost. It was low, and there weren’t any strange extra fees added at checkout, which is always a relief... just nice when the total stays what you expect

Trying to use the site was such a hassle. It was hard to browse, pages kept freezing on me, and checkout kept bugging out over and over. I just wanted to place my order, but it felt wayyy more difficult than it should’ve been.

The store was put together decent and I could find stuff, but the aisles felt kinda tight. It got a little crowded trying to move around, specially with other people shopping too
